"Considering how hard it is to find good establishments here in the Permian Basin, this dentist office really impressed me and my husband. Staff is super welcoming, I know it’s funny to say but everyone was so kind and well mannered and the dentist himself was amazing! Very detailed in the process my son was going to have to follow and even although my daughter had braces a year ago from a different place, she was a bit dissatisfied with her two front teeth (one was sitting what looked like a centimeter longer than the other) he did a quick 1 minute fix and didn’t offer treatment charges or even services as he said her teeth looked great she didn’t need any further work. The honesty and customer services was amazing! I highly highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Yesterday I received my invisalign orthodontic appliances. My dental assistant was very patient, and explained every step of the initial application.She thoroughly explained how to maintain the aligners, and how to use the camera for my weekly scans.My Orthodontist who's mom is also a nurse and worked at the same hospital in CA I did. We picked up the conversation from my initial consultation. I was excited that the Orthodontist remembered me since we hadn't seen each others in months.The entire staff are professional and warm, the physical environment is neat, clean and well maintained. I'm excited for this journey."

"I have always had a great experience with Wentz. From their employees to the quality of business we have received. I’ve put two kids plus myself currently through braces with them. My daughter has gone back to them for a second round (she didn’t wear her retainers the first go around) and absolutely loves them. If you have an issue they tend to it quickly and effectively. I have recommended Wentz to many people who have also been happy with them!"
"The staff is always so friendly and inviting, they make sure to make you feel welcomed. I never had issues even during my pregnancy, but with my second pregnancy when i informed staffed I was then told my braces were coming off. Okay no biggie but the doctor before told me I still had a few months. Everytime I went in I seen I new doctor and out of the three none of them were talking to one another or something because they kept changing what I was being told. When they took them off I was happy (obviously) but then when I got my retainers they never fit right. I went in to get them redone and when I went to pickup my retainers were still off. I told them and I was told to just make it work, well my teeth weren’t ready for the braces to come off because they look identical to how they did when I started. I couldn’t wear my retainers and wasn’t getting the help I needed."
"AMAZING 🤩Set up my consultation app online!Got seen in a week!Got greeted and got a walk thru on how toFill out my paper work and to take a seat.Then the RDA came in did a mini photo shoot aka x rays! She was super nice and gentle explaining the poses and how and when to bite.Followed to be seen my the DentistDr. Renee.Where she sat with us and explained what needed to be corrected, what were our options Invisalign or braces. Not only answering my questions but also my kiddos!!Then on to financing and payment options!In all the girls rocked it in and out In an hr and a half !!Super helpful polite and explanatory!On top of that they are getting ready for a remodel!Can’t wait she’s super excited to begin her journey with Wentz Orthodontics for a brighter and whiter smile!!"

"Very smart, polite and quick office experience. Every person that works here is knowledgeable and make you feel very welcome. Their truly take your concerns and opinions seriously. I have yet to find anyone in this office who is having a "bad" day. They know you have other places to be and are very considerate about it. Beautiful atmosphere.The doctors are extremely nice and skilled.The girls (dental assistants) are extremely educated and informative, I never had any kind of pain or discomfort during any of my appointments.The wait time was zero to nothing and I always walked out feeling closer to a beautiful smile.I will recommend Wentz Orthodontics 100% to everybody considering getting braces or invisalign."
"So far, so good! My daughter felt very comfortable with the doctor and the staffing. When she got slightly uncomfortable (with the use of certain tools) they didn't force anything on her that she didn't want; they found solutions for everything! The Invisalign that we started on 1 week ago is already making a difference. Everyone explains everything really well, and we've always left knowing what to expect in the weeks to come, and on our next visit. Highly recommend."

"Although I have only had my braces on for a month, this office is great! There are multiple locations and the staff remembers you! All of the staff is kind and help you with the journey to a great smile. The orthodontists care a lot about you and are ready to help, as well as the dental assistants. "Over the years, since I was about 8, I have been to several dentists and orthodontist and all of them told me that I was not a candidate for Invisalign. Because of a long, bad, corrupt divorce, my braces and life were put on hold. Now at 17, I went to Wentz to get regular braces. I told them that I wanted Invisalign but had been told they would never fix my mouth. Stephen looked at the x-rays and my mouth and told me that he did not see any reason why Invisalign wouldn’t work for me and that they have come a long way over the last ten years.He told me, if they did not work on any part, that he would put regular braces on later, and it would not cost any more money, but he did not see any reason that they would be needed.Stephen is great! He put a big smile on my face, because I really did not want to wear braces at 17 and for my senior year.I am happy and everything seems to be working great so far!"

"I went to 3 other orthodontists and every one of them were only interested in my money and they were crazy expensive! Just making a phone call for a consultation was pleasant! The lady on the other end was very helpful and sweet! She answered every question I had. When we walked in to the office we were treated very sweetly! They were all courteous, we didn’t have to wait long and even the financial department was very helpful and personable but professional at the same time ( if that makes sense). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for braces!!!"

"They made our daughter feel very comfortable. They are a professional bunch and gave our daughter the tools She needed for her to finish her journey with braces. They took us in with her having braces from a previous ortho in another state and got right to work on her. They treated her well and were excellent at explaining where we need to go to get her treatment done."

"I had scheduled my daughter 2 consultation appts and Wentz scheduled us in very quickly the other place scheduled me a month later. All the staff at Wentz was so friendly and informative. They were super nice and patient with my terrified daughter and got us in and out. They even apologized for the wait and we never realized we waited at all! Lol They have wonderful in house financing and payment options we went ahead and scheduled for my daughter to get braces put on that same week. The customer service is the main reason I chose Wentz and recommend them to anyone looking to get their teeth straightened"
