"We love this place. First of all, it is comfortable. The office feels so classy and the ambiance is really nice. You don't even feel like you are in a doctor's office. The doctors, nurses, and staff are incredible. So nice and they are all trying to do what is absolutely best for their patients. We highly recommend this establishment for many reasons, but progress is probably the most obvious reason. The pricing is below other places that we have gone so we have been very satisfied with any and all services we have gotten here!"

"The entire staff from the front to the back were friendly and professional but still made you feel like you were part of the Sperry/Wentz family. This was a very exciting day because I graduated into just nightly retainers so the attachments were taken of my teeth and they feel and look great! I am not the traditional Invisalign/ braces patient because I am in my 50’s and should have had braces years ago but due to life I didn’t and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and explained the app and scanning of teeth in a easy to understand way due to the fact I wasn’t 16 years old and born with a smartphone in my hand. "My husband and I were looking for a place to get our son braces. We got consultations from a few different places and we chose Wentz for a single reason ~ the customer care. From the first phone call with Neisha (sorry if its misspelled) we felt like we were cared for. After that first call, I felt like I had made a new friend. Then we got a call the day before our appointment from Courtney who was just the sweetest and she ended up seeing our son for the consultation. Courtney and Dr. Tivis both treated me and my son with the utmost respect and care. The thing I love the most is they talked to my 13 year old like he was a real person, not just a child and included him in the conversation. My son actually engaged in that conversation and that says a lot to me. Everyone else we had any interaction with was so kind and sweet. They even offered my kiddo ice cream before we left. "I was extremely nervous going into this appointment: price, judgment, and general dentist worries all were on my mind. When I went in, I was greeted by an extremely kind and welcoming woman who checked me in and even helped me with my form (I was new to having insurance and didn't know how to fill out the information). I was taken back quickly and my experience was quick, I got a simple explanation of my options (I was looking for teeth straightening) that I could understand, and then they reassured me on the price. It wasn't as horrible as I worried about and they gave me plenty of options in terms of paying. Basically, everything about this visit was calming and I'm very happy to have this office to work with for the next many months. Friendly staff, simple explanations, and no fear!"

"My retainers broke, the same month moved to the state/area recently. I needed to find a new Ortho. Googled, read some reviews and made an appointment. I am very glad I did. During my first visit, I met an amazing Older Ortho who was thorough and explained everything in detail. He was patient, professional, and helped in recommending what type of retainer I needed; as this would technically be my third set of retainers in 3 years due to breakage. For my second appointment, to pick up my new retainers, I met a different Ortho. He was also just as wonderful! He did a great job making sure the retainers were fit, and was very detail oriented. I appreciated that He made sure to let me know if anything didn't feel right about the retainers, or if I have any questions to make an appointment, and come back to make sure they are good fit. Additionally, they give you the best services, as well as a very fair price for what you need!! Very much appreciated. Lastly, the technicians that assisted with mapping my teeth, as well as making sure the retainers fit, had great customer service.
