"So let me start by saying I do not do anything dental related without massive anxiety. Ok maybe cleanings and that’s it. So here I am a grown, mature adult going in to get Invisalign put on. All I knew is that my grandkids (grandson had his braces done there) kept talking about “grandma you get ice cream when you’re done”. Yeah while there I could care less about ice cream, I just wanted to be done and get the heck gone lol.Let me tell you I couldn’t have asked for more compassionate, caring crew that worked on this grown woman’s mouth today. They worked with me to assist thru my anxiety and I left with the start of a whole new future that will fix the problems that I’ve been having.Next time I will get the ice cream 😉"

"Considering how hard it is to find good establishments here in the Permian Basin, this dentist office really impressed me and my husband. Staff is super welcoming, I know it’s funny to say but everyone was so kind and well mannered and the dentist himself was amazing! Very detailed in the process my son was going to have to follow and even although my daughter had braces a year ago from a different place, she was a bit dissatisfied with her two front teeth (one was sitting what looked like a centimeter longer than the other) he did a quick 1 minute fix and didn’t offer treatment charges or even services as he said her teeth looked great she didn’t need any further work. The honesty and customer services was amazing! I highly highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Today we went to put my daughters braces on, and the person who who put them on her - i think her name was Deija -- was so sweet with her, calmed her, made her feel relaxed and talked with her through the entire process explaining each step as she went that my kiddo said she didnt even feel a thing. Explained in detail afterward the importsnce of takimg care of them, just a great overall experience."

I was getting frustrated because I was not advancing as quickly as I had been. I reached out and they got me into the office quickly to rescan and have Dr Tivis look at my teeth. "I really loved how our visit at Wentz Orthodontics went. I have two children who saw Dr. Tivis for an evaluation. "My retainers broke, the same month moved to the state/area recently. I needed to find a new Ortho. Googled, read some reviews and made an appointment. I am very glad I did. During my first visit, I met an amazing Older Ortho who was thorough and explained everything in detail. He was patient, professional, and helped in recommending what type of retainer I needed; as this would technically be my third set of retainers in 3 years due to breakage. For my second appointment, to pick up my new retainers, I met a different Ortho. He was also just as wonderful! He did a great job making sure the retainers were fit, and was very detail oriented. I appreciated that He made sure to let me know if anything didn't feel right about the retainers, or if I have any questions to make an appointment, and come back to make sure they are good fit. Additionally, they give you the best services, as well as a very fair price for what you need!! Very much appreciated. Lastly, the technicians that assisted with mapping my teeth, as well as making sure the retainers fit, had great customer service. I would definitely recommend them, and will absolutely be going back if needed.Monica"
"Dr. Wentz treated me about five years ago, and I absolutely loved both the results and the level of care and attention I received during my orthodontic treatment. I’m back again thanks to my own lack of wearing my retainer and I’m excited to start Invisalign Express with Dr. Johnson. The best part is that this time the treatment is much shorter. "***I want to add that Sperry, Tivis, & Wentz have always gone above and beyond for our family. It is truly amazing to me that orthodontics has come so far since I was a wee teen. One thing I have loved is that Dr. Tivis works closely with my youngest daughter's pediatric dentist, Dr. Jackson.(who-by the way- used to work at Wentz when I was in braces back in the day) I appreciate that there is collaborative communication and commitment to my youngest's best interests. There are so many reasons to look forward to our appointments there, we especially love getting to see all of the kind faces, but also love to get an ice cream or cookie on our way out. ***Wentz Orthodontics has been our orthodontics go to for decades! You can scan your teeth at home weekly to update the office of your progress and address any concerns."

My dental assistant was very patient, and explained every step of the initial application.She thoroughly explained how to maintain the aligners, and how to use the camera for my weekly scans.My Orthodontist who's mom is also a nurse and worked at the same hospital in CA I did. "The staff is always so friendly and inviting, they make sure to make you feel welcomed. I never had issues even during my pregnancy, but with my second pregnancy when i informed staffed I was then told my braces were coming off. Okay no biggie but the doctor before told me I still had a few months. Everytime I went in I seen I new doctor and out of the three none of them were talking to one another or something because they kept changing what I was being told. When they took them off I was happy (obviously) but then when I got my retainers they never fit right. I went in to get them redone and when I went to pickup my retainers were still off. I told them and I was told to just make it work, well my teeth weren’t ready for the braces to come off because they look identical to how they did when I started. I couldn’t wear my retainers and wasn’t getting the help I needed."

"Best experience ever! It was super affordable and very family friendly! They explained everything so well and we're very quick to help us with a monthly plan that worked for us. Once we stepped in the door we noticed right away the kids area where there were games for the kids and coloring pages to keep them busy while we waited to go back. Once we went back we were greeted with so much warmth. They sat us down and explained what was needed in great detail with amazing technology that showed models of my sons teeth. It was amazing to see what he really needed, we hadn't seen it explained like that anywhere else. They were very quick to get us back and we had a sweet woman named Emily who placed my sons braces. She was absolutely lovely. She did a really great job and was so so kind to my wild bunch. My 10 month old was restless and the girls were amazing, they gave her a balloon and a new toothbrush to chew on to keep her busy. Once we were finished they let ALL of my children go pick out an ice cream (i have four kids and only one of them got braces)We were headed out the door and the doctor played a quick game of miniature basketball with my son, a challenge that was started at the beginning of the appointment 🤣. "Great experience!!! My daughter had a free consultation on Thursday February 27,2025. She needed braces due to an underbite and overcrowding. The orthodontist did a quick overall assessment and then we discussed the payment plan. The plan was very affordable and they work with you to find out which plans work for you ☺️. It took less than an hour to do her X-rays and exam and to discuss the plans. The plan was so good that I decided to go ahead and start the process and they were even able to do her braces right there and then which took only about an hour as well 🥰. She ended up getting her braces on today and it only took 2hrs for the whole appointment! The staff is super friendly and they are even prepared with ice cream after the visit. "Over the years, since I was about 8, I have been to several dentists and orthodontist and all of them told me that I was not a candidate for Invisalign. Because of a long, bad, corrupt divorce, my braces and life were put on hold. Now at 17, I went to Wentz to get regular braces. I told them that I wanted Invisalign but had been told they would never fix my mouth. Stephen looked at the x-rays and my mouth and told me that he did not see any reason why Invisalign wouldn’t work for me and that they have come a long way over the last ten years.He told me, if they did not work on any part, that he would put regular braces on later, and it would not cost any more money, but he did not see any reason that they would be needed.Stephen is great! He put a big smile on my face, because I really did not want to wear braces at 17 and for my senior year.I am happy and everything seems to be working great so far!"

"I took my son here and was concerned they would be over prices but my husband had done work for them before and he stated they were so nice and we needed to give them a chance to at least give us a quote. As soon as we walked in we felt very welcomed. Once my son was seen they offered us to way we could correct his overbite. Invisalign ended up being the same cost as regular braces but they informed me it would help him more. I was shocked at the price as we had had our daughters teeth done at a different agency and they were about $800 and she did not get everything he would be getting along with the friendly atmosphere. They also informed me of a deal they had and were about to take $500 off the service. I was blown away after the visit. We are all so excited for him to get them in shortly and get his teeth corrected. My son ask me a few times a week when he gets to go back. Excellent Service and will recommend to everyone."

"They are awesome. I started my braces in Dallas and when I went to tech I continued my braces with wentz. In Dallas I paid twice as much. Here, they will negotiate the price and give you a good payment plan. They are very easy to reach. The staff members are professional, experienced, and extremely friendly. The only things you may encounter is difficulty rescheduling if you miss an appointment, due to their busy schedule. I was a little skeptical about the place at first but after a few appointment I realized how awesome this place is."
