"My retainers broke, the same month moved to the state/area recently. I needed to find a new Ortho. Googled, read some reviews and made an appointment. I am very glad I did. During my first visit, I met an amazing Older Ortho who was thorough and explained everything in detail. He was patient, professional, and helped in recommending what type of retainer I needed; as this would technically be my third set of retainers in 3 years due to breakage. For my second appointment, to pick up my new retainers, I met a different Ortho. He was also just as wonderful! He did a great job making sure the retainers were fit, and was very detail oriented. I appreciated that He made sure to let me know if anything didn't feel right about the retainers, or if I have any questions to make an appointment, and come back to make sure they are good fit. Additionally, they give you the best services, as well as a very fair price for what you need!! Very much appreciated. Lastly, the technicians that assisted with mapping my teeth, as well as making sure the retainers fit, had great customer service. I would definitely recommend them, and will absolutely be going back if needed.Monica"
