"The entire staff from the front to the back were friendly and professional but still made you feel like you were part of the Sperry/Wentz family. This was a very exciting day because I graduated into just nightly retainers so the attachments were taken of my teeth and they feel and look great! I am not the traditional Invisalign/ braces patient because I am in my 50’s and should have had braces years ago but due to life I didn’t and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and explained the app and scanning of teeth in a easy to understand way due to the fact I wasn’t 16 years old and born with a smartphone in my hand. LOL , I would highly recommend this fantastic facility to anyone who ever needed or wanted orthodontic care.They are professional, classy and caring!"
"My husband and I were looking for a place to get our son braces. We got consultations from a few different places and we chose Wentz for a single reason ~ the customer care. From the first phone call with Neisha (sorry if its misspelled) we felt like we were cared for. After that first call, I felt like I had made a new friend. Then we got a call the day before our appointment from Courtney who was just the sweetest and she ended up seeing our son for the consultation. Courtney and Dr. Tivis both treated me and my son with the utmost respect and care. The thing I love the most is they talked to my 13 year old like he was a real person, not just a child and included him in the conversation. My son actually engaged in that conversation and that says a lot to me. Everyone else we had any interaction with was so kind and sweet. They even offered my kiddo ice cream before we left. "So let me start by saying I do not do anything dental related without massive anxiety. Ok maybe cleanings and that’s it. So here I am a grown, mature adult going in to get Invisalign put on. All I knew is that my grandkids (grandson had his braces done there) kept talking about “grandma you get ice cream when you’re done”. Yeah while there I could care less about ice cream, I just wanted to be done and get the heck gone lol.Let me tell you I couldn’t have asked for more compassionate, caring crew that worked on this grown woman’s mouth today. They worked with me to assist thru my anxiety and I left with the start of a whole new future that will fix the problems that I’ve been having.Next time I will get the ice cream 😉"

"I absolutely love this ortho office. We took our oldest and they made his braces journey, a dream and understandable, and they’ve always been so friendly and welcoming. Every time we come in!Our youngest son has a severe underbite and we were recommended to a different orthodontist, but we chose to go here instead and we are so happy we did. "Considering how hard it is to find good establishments here in the Permian Basin, this dentist office really impressed me and my husband. Staff is super welcoming, I know it’s funny to say but everyone was so kind and well mannered and the dentist himself was amazing! Very detailed in the process my son was going to have to follow and even although my daughter had braces a year ago from a different place, she was a bit dissatisfied with her two front teeth (one was sitting what looked like a centimeter longer than the other) he did a quick 1 minute fix and didn’t offer treatment charges or even services as he said her teeth looked great she didn’t need any further work. The honesty and customer services was amazing! I highly highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Today we went to put my daughters braces on, and the person who who put them on her - i think her name was Deija -- was so sweet with her, calmed her, made her feel relaxed and talked with her through the entire process explaining each step as she went that my kiddo said she didnt even feel a thing. "I really loved how our visit at Wentz Orthodontics went. I have two children who saw Dr. Tivis for an evaluation. We were able to schedule an evaluation and have their braces and aligners set up that same day. They were able to work with us to ensure that the monthly payments would fit within our budget. "***I want to add that Sperry, Tivis, & Wentz have always gone above and beyond for our family. It is truly amazing to me that orthodontics has come so far since I was a wee teen. One thing I have loved is that Dr. Tivis works closely with my youngest daughter's pediatric dentist, Dr. Jackson.(who-by the way- used to work at Wentz when I was in braces back in the day) I appreciate that there is collaborative communication and commitment to my youngest's best interests. There are so many reasons to look forward to our appointments there, we especially love getting to see all of the kind faces, but also love to get an ice cream or cookie on our way out. ***Wentz Orthodontics has been our orthodontics go to for decades! I had braces as a young girl, my oldest daughter went there and now my youngest is beginning her journey there as well. The Wentz Team treats us all like family! Our second kiddo will be in braces for a while longer, but I have faith that he will have outstanding results as well. We went the traditional route, but the technology involved is amazing. You can scan your teeth at home weekly to update the office of your progress and address any concerns."
