One thing I have loved is that Dr. Tivis works closely with my youngest daughter's pediatric dentist, Dr. Jackson.(who-by the way- used to work at Wentz when I was in braces back in the day) I appreciate that there is collaborative communication and commitment to my youngest's best interests. There are so many reasons to look forward to our appointments there, we especially love getting to see all of the kind faces, but also love to get an ice cream or cookie on our way out. ***Wentz Orthodontics has been our orthodontics go to for decades! "This has been a long road for my little girl. Her teeth are looking amazing. I was skeptical on putting her in the invisilines but they are doing the job much faster and more comfortably than regular braces. We still have new teeth erupting but if anything changes the Wentz crew is on it. Fixes any issues right then. Love love love not having to drive in for appointments like we did with the older kids. She takes her scans from home and by the morning we have instructions for the next step. She loves going to her visits. Everyone is so sweet. Thank you for making this a great journey for her"
"Best experience ever! It was super affordable and very family friendly! They explained everything so well and we're very quick to help us with a monthly plan that worked for us. Once we stepped in the door we noticed right away the kids area where there were games for the kids and coloring pages to keep them busy while we waited to go back. Once we went back we were greeted with so much warmth. They sat us down and explained what was needed in great detail with amazing technology that showed models of my sons teeth. It was amazing to see what he really needed, we hadn't seen it explained like that anywhere else. They were very quick to get us back and we had a sweet woman named Emily who placed my sons braces. She was absolutely lovely. She did a really great job and was so so kind to my wild bunch. My 10 month old was restless and the girls were amazing, they gave her a balloon and a new toothbrush to chew on to keep her busy. Once we were finished they let ALL of my children go pick out an ice cream (i have four kids and only one of them got braces)We were headed out the door and the doctor played a quick game of miniature basketball with my son, a challenge that was started at the beginning of the appointment 🤣. Honestly I've never had a better experience at a doctor or dentist with my kids. What could've been a stressful and overwhelming experience was actually so enjoyable. "30 years ago I got orthodontics at Wentz. It was a smooth and impressive operation then, and even more so now that my two kids are doing Invisalign there.Other medical providers should take note of how they run things… scheduling an appointment is easy and flexible. They are always willing to work us in if we need something in between visits, and best of all the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Both of their offices are bright, cheery and feel welcoming to nervous patients.I appreciate the fact that with both my kids I paid once and never had to write another check for the duration of their treatment regardless of how many visits we needed. Dr. Wentz has always been awesome, but we have found the addition of Dr. Tivis is a great complement to their practice."
"I just got my braces off today and I’ve been dying to leave this review !!! I had my braces for 2 1/2 years customer service was wonderful at all times !!! From the very beginning to today it was always pleasant!!! Majority of these 2 years Bri assisted me and she was amazing !!! She always made me comfortable, asked me how my life was going and always remembered our last conversation even though my appointments were weeks apart !! "I highly recommend the one of 82nd in Lubbock. They were so nice and sweet. Made my daughter a welcome sign that said happy birthday too. She felt so special pulling up to her parking spot sign. If they take that much time making them feel special and welcomed then they truly care about their patients. My daughter was so comfortable there. She already asks me when is her next appointment. I love how we get to do weekly scans. And are able to see the progress of their braces. She only has had them over a month and you can already see the difference. The office is clean and organized too. She loved the ice cream at the end too. So if your kids or even you need braces or Invisalign I highly recommend wentz!!!!"

"After looking around at numerous orthodontist clinics....we chose to go with Wentz and mainly because of the staff. They are so friendly, caring and really care about their patients. My daughter has barely started her braces but absolutely loves the staff, clinic and experience. She's set to wear her braces for 18 months and I feel like we will continue to get outstanding service. Paying our bill is very easy as well. "You can tell these people truly care about others and just want to help. My retainer got bent so I called around to see if anybody could fix it for me (I got my braces in Idaho many years ago). The folks at Wentz said they'd try to fix it, at no charge. The other office I called was going to charge me $575. I had never been their patient before, but they treated me as if I were an old friend. Dr. Pearson was so kind, did a great job fixing my retainer, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. I will send everybody I know to this office!!"

"The establishment is beautiful, everyone at the front desk makes you feel like they are so happy you are there. They welcome you and are extremely friendly and kind. You know from the moment you step in, you are an important part of their day. They are always on time and when you get back to the X-rays they walk you through everything step by step so you feel extremely comfortable. Once in the chair you are immediately forested with the sweetest hygienist. They are always so gentle and always explain what they are doing throughout the process. Dr Wentz is amazing and gives you the feeling you just might be his favorite patient. My daughter had her braces done by Wentz when she was 12, she is now 21 and her smile is amazing! I am now In braces at 38 and it really has been an awesome experience. I have Had them for 2 months now and have seen significant movement.You will not be disappointed in your visit to Wentz!!"

"Wentz made getting braces a BREEZE!! I was terrified because before going in I was haunted by horror stories from friends "oh they hurt!" "Your going to want to snatch them off!" I went in... they put them on, warned me of what I will be experiencing and they put me at ease. Every visit! not just the first. EVERY SINGLE VISIT! They are informative. Ask a question and they will have an answer 99% of the time! Thanks Wentz for my braces and soon I;ll have a gorgeous smile!!"
"Amazing staff and doctors! My son was super nervous about his first apt to the orthodontist making me nervous too. We were welcomed with a front row parking spot with his name on it. The ladies at the front desk are extremely nice and made him feel at ease. The kid friendly waiting room with iPads, selfie station and life size robot immediately took his mind off his anxiety. I cannot say enough great things about how the staff treated my son. They made sure he knew what was going on during his initial photos and xrays and joked with him the entire time. Dr Wentz took his time talking with us making sure we understood everything. They were even able to put his front four braces on the same day which helped with nervous anticipation. Renee was our assistant and she was amazing! She let him watch and told him everything she was doing. She was very personable and took time to tell him how to take care of his new hardware. He even got ice cream on the way out. I say all this to say, any kind of “teeth” appointments can be scary for kids and parents but this office has thought of everything possible to make kids and parents feel at ease. I can not recommend them enough! Thank you for making our first experience a memorable one for my son. He can’t wait for his next apt!"

"They are awesome. I started my braces in Dallas and when I went to tech I continued my braces with wentz. In Dallas I paid twice as much. Here, they will negotiate the price and give you a good payment plan. They are very easy to reach. The staff members are professional, experienced, and extremely friendly. The only things you may encounter is difficulty rescheduling if you miss an appointment, due to their busy schedule. I was a little skeptical about the place at first but after a few appointment I realized how awesome this place is."
