"Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors & the owner are extremely kind. Sherry (who answers the phone) is always nice and helpful (with the best memory!). Everyone made my granddaughter feel like she was the most important patient... but then I saw them treating everyone the same way. :) She got her braces off yesterday and the staff all told her congratulations and how pretty she is. Parker Wentz is amazing with her. He was genuinely happy for her (at how good she looks). We went to 3 locations and they all were the same (wonderful) way. The owner, Ed Wentz, was down to earth and easy to talk to. He actually took time out to explain things to ME. A friend and her daughter was both patients as well and they adore everyone too. ... I just wish they had a office in San Angelo so my daughter and other granddaughter could use Wentz Orthodontics.... The whole experience could not be better.
