"We took our daughter in for our very first orthodontic consultation just yesterday. We were surprised to pull in and see our very own parking spot ready and waiting for us! First impression, the office was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. They had complimentary refreshments and snack available and a “gaming” room to keep siblings occupied. Our consultant was Mindi who was nothing short of amazing! She made our daughter feel so comfortable and welcomed. "30 years ago I got orthodontics at Wentz. It was a smooth and impressive operation then, and even more so now that my two kids are doing Invisalign there.Other medical providers should take note of how they run things… scheduling an appointment is easy and flexible. They are always willing to work us in if we need something in between visits, and best of all the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Both of their offices are bright, cheery and feel welcoming to nervous patients.I appreciate the fact that with both my kids I paid once and never had to write another check for the duration of their treatment regardless of how many visits we needed. Dr. Wentz has always been awesome, but we have found the addition of Dr. Tivis is a great complement to their practice."
