Staff is really nice all the time and we always get seen in a timley manner
Bro imma have to not wear my retainer for a bit so I can come see these people again. JKKK I won’t do that but I’m so sad today was my last appointment I love this office. Everyone is so sweet and personable. One thing I love about this office is they remember every patient by name. Dr.Tivis and the staff always remembers my name and things about me. They always ask how work is going, how my wedding was, etc. They just make it very apparent you are a member of their family at that office not a just patient who is paying them. That is such a hard thing to find nowadays. And I dead fr teared up leaving their office today I just love how awesome everyone truly is. I’ll end this review saying Dr.Tivis is the goat of orthodontists and he always got great shoe game!
